White Label Communications, LLC acquired by Incline Equity Partners

Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of White Label Communications, LLC (“WLC” or the “Company”) to Incline Equity Partners (“Incline”). The transaction was finalized in October 2023.

Founded in 2011, White Label Communications operates a multi-tiered Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, providing communication services on a private-label basis to Managed Service Provider partners and their customers. WLC has established itself as a leader in the communications space, utilizing a powerful reseller model coupled with a carrier-class network architecture to drive maximum value for the Company and their partners.

Incline Equity Partners is a leading private equity firm dedicated to investing across the middle market in distribution, business services and manufacturing companies. Incline is generally seeking growing companies with enterprise values of $25 –$750 million. Incline’s typical investment types are ownership transitions for privately held businesses, buyouts and corporate divestitures within the U.S. and Canada. The acquisition of WLC will give Incline a platform in the expanding SaaS and Communications sectors.
