Sale Transaction Closing Announcement

Tire & Rubber, Inc. acquired by Insignia Disposal Services, LLC

Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Tire & Rubber, Inc. (”TRI” or the “Company”) to Insignia Disposal Services, LLC (“Insignia”). The transaction was finalized in September 2021.

TRI owns and operates a West Virginia (“WV”) Department of Environment Protection permitted waste tire “monofill” and construction & demolition landfill. Doing business from its Weston, WV location and serving the Tri-State region, TRI is proud to continually provide its customers with a convenient and suitable channel for proper waste control and disposal. The Company currently only utilizes a portion of its operating property, leaving the door wide open for development and additional revenue streams in the waste disposal space. After years of remediation and restoration of the previously foreclosed grounds coupled with superior management, TRI has grown to compete as one of the top tire monofils in WV.

Insignia is a family of synergistic waste & recycling companies with five subsidiaries in Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania on the East coast and in Oregon on the West coast. Insignia provides clients with a one-stop-shop approach to solve their waste disposal needs. The acquisition of TRI in WV will not only add to the East coast presence of Insignia but could also serve as a steppingstone for Insignia to expand into the Central United States.
