Sale Transaction Closing Announcement

Strategic Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of OmniTech Partners, Inc. to FLIR Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLIR) in October 2009 for $42 million. Strategic Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to OmniTech Partners, Inc.

Founded in 1995, OmniTech designs, manufactures, markets and distributes electro-optic equipment to the government, military and law enforcement markets. The Company’s products include specialized mono-spectral and multi-spectral night vision and surveillance systems. These products enable government agencies and militaries to conduct covert intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions and battlefield operations more effectively.

The Company’s revenue and EBITDA have grown significantly over the past several years primarily driven by the Company’s ability to obtain larger key contracts. Management felt this growth could best be accelerated by partnering with a firm that possesses strategic synergy and capacity to help achieve their targeted growth.
