Strategic Advisors, Inc. is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of LTS Scale Company to Partners Private Equity in May, 2015. Strategic Advisors served as exclusive sell-side advisor to the shareholders of LTS Scale Company.

Located in Twinsburg, Ohio, LTS Scale Company offers a wide variety of products from laboratory balances to rugged industrial scales to precision mobile scales and weighing systems. LTS operates through two divisions: LTS Scale, a manufacturer of mobile weighing systems, and Filing Scale which distributes, calibrates and repairs scales.

Partners Private Equity is a Cleveland-based private equity firm that acquires and actively manages lower middle market companies. They focus on acquisitions of

established lower middle market businesses in sectors such as manufacturing, value-added distribution, and business services.
