Sale Transaction Closing Announcement

Strategic Advisors (SA) is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Camalloy, Inc. (Camalloy) to the Colorado based private equity firm, Republic Financial Private Equity Group (RPE). RPE will partner with the existing Camalloy management team to further grow and enhance the business. Strategic Advisors originated the transaction and served as financial advisor to the owners of Camalloy, Inc.

Camalloy is a niche stainless steel service center primarily focused on stainless polished sheet but also offers stainless angles, squares, bars, tubing and pipes and a host of complementary industrial products. Camalloy was founded by John Campbell in 1969 and has since grown to be a formidable regional competitor within its industry niche. Led by an experienced management team and now partnered with RPE, the company is poised for continued expansion.
