Founded in 1989, Insight Pipe is a full-service contractor that specializes in the maintenance and trenchless rehabilitation of underground utilities. Insight Pipe’s products and services include end- to-end Cured-In-Place-Pipe (“CIPP”) lining, sectional CIPP lining, internal CCTV video inspections, combination vacuum/jet cleaning, manhole inspections, smoke and dye testing, and hydro excavation. IPC Services, founded in 2011, provides a wide variety of upstream and midstream services to oil and gas operators in the Appalachian Basin and various industrial services
