Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Monteverde’s, Inc. (the “Company”) to FreshEdge, LLC (FreshEdge). The transaction was finalized in November 2021.

Monteverde’s is a regional produce distributor providing renowned quality fresh foods and customer service. Operating from its Crafton location in the Pittsburgh area, the Company provides and transports produce to customers within the Tri-State region. Monteverde’s has fortified relationships within various industry segments over the years, working with country clubs, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, municipalities, and universities.
