Mid-Atlantic Farm and Farmers Market acquired through a Management Buyout

Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of a Mid-Atlantic Farm and Farmers Market (the “Company”) via a Management Buyout (the “Acquirer”). The transaction was finalized in July 2024.

The Company is a family-owned fruit and vegetable farm located in the Mid-Atlantic. Throughout its history, the Company has focused on producing and selling only the highest-quality, home-grown fruit and vegetable products, growing tremendously over the years to become one of the largest and most well-known farms in the area. In addition to the Company’s traditional farming business, the Company’s on-site market provides the region with the very best farm market and lawn/garden center experience.

The transaction provides the Acquirer with ownership of the farming division of the Company while providing liquidity to the previous owners.

Strategic Advisors acted as the exclusive merger and acquisition advisor to the ownership of the Company.
