Intertech Security Group, LLC merges with Fedora Security Group, Inc.

Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the closing of the merger between Intertech Security Group, LLC (“Intertech”) and Fedora Security Group, Inc. (“Fedora”). The combined entities will now conduct business under the new name, Fedora Intertech, and be headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. The transaction was finalized in December 2020.

Intertech is headquartered in Pittsburgh and is a leading Systems Integration expert and security solutions provider. Intertech has a very strong presence in the Pittsburgh region, with service locations in Johnstown, PA, Akron, OH, and Frederick, MD. In addition, the company maintains offices in the high-growth markets of Naples, FL and San Antonio and Houston, TX. The company's solutions operate across many industries where the company designs customized turn-key solutions to match an organizations complex needs. The solutions typically include integrated access control (visitor management), intrusion detection, fire alarms, intercoms, X-ray equipment, emergency call stations, video surveillance, entry gates and command centers.

The two companies plan to combine Fedora's Security's innovative security technologies and Intertech's expertise in systems integration to deliver comprehensive solutions that connect, protect and communicate. The company has significant presence in the following markets: corporate, energy, education, healthcare, government, retail, residential, and pharmaceutical.
