Sale Transaction Closing Announcement

Facilities Survey, Inc. acquired by Seely Partners Capital

Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of Facilities Survey, Inc. (“FSI”) to Seely Partners Capital (“Seely”). The transaction was finalized in December 2020.

FSI's predecessor, JGS Company, was founded in 2002 and headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. FSI was incorporated in 2007 and pursues opportunities to provide its software and services to a variety of other markets, including higher education, government, corrections and a variety of industrial businesses.

Following the acquisition, Zach Seely will assume the role of CEO at FSI, where management will otherwise remain the same. Seely was previously the Managing Director of Seely Partners Capital, a search fund, and an independent management consultant focused on the media and technology industries. FSI’s technical expertise, deep knowledge of the healthcare and hospital markets, innovative technology platform, and superior customer service should drive the Company’s future success.
