This recapitalization provides the Company with the growth capital it needs to implement its near-term growth plans. Strategic Advisors served as the exclusive advisor to the owners of KPCH.

KPC-Horizon is a value-added supplier that provides a consistent, reliable source of imported titanium dioxide to domestic specialty paper producers. The high-quality grades of titanium dioxide sourced by the Company are used in the manufacturing of high grade printing and writing papers, food packaging, pharmaceutical inserts, stationery, and paper currency. KPCH manages all aspects of the complex supply chain of sourcing, testing, importing, warehousing and delivering quality product to its manufacturing customers.
