New Directions Counseling Services, LLC acquired by Transformations Care Network

Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the closing of the sale of New Directions Counseling Services, LLC (”New Directions”) to Transformations Care Network (“TCN”). The transaction was finalized in December 2021.

Founded in 2004, with office locations in Wexford and Robinson, PA, New Directions provides integrative care through counseling, psychiatric, and nutrition services. The Company aims to help adults, children, adolescents, and families suffering from a wide range of psychiatric disorders, behavioral problems, relationship difficulties, and health challenges. New Directions, with a strong presence in the greater Pittsburgh region, has licensed counselors and therapists specializing in multiple key areas of behavioral health, allowing for comprehensive solutions to clients requiring varying degrees of assistance.

TCN is a national network of mental healthcare providers that administers comprehensive outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. The combination of the two companies will benefit from their highly complementary offerings and outreach locally and nationally.

Strategic Advisors acted as the exclusive merger and acquisition advisor to the shareholders of New Directions.
