Kress Restoration merged with ATI Restoration, LLC

Strategic Advisors is pleased to announce the merger of Kress Restoration (“Kress” or the “Company”) to ATI Restoration, LLC (“ATI”). The merge was finalized in October 2023.

Since 1963, Kress Restoration has grown to become a premier multi-faceted construction provider, with specialty on restoration and disaster recovery from fire, water, and other damage to properties. With an established reputation of reliability and execution built over 60 years of business, Kress has long-maintained preferred status with the top insurance agencies utilized by homeowners within Western Pennsylvania, adding depth to ATI’s existing team.

ATI, America’s largest family-operated restoration contractor and a national leader in restoration, environmental remediation, and reconstruction services, has added another quality company within the region. Kress will assist ATI in continuing to strengthen their presence in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Strategic Advisors acted as the exclusive merger and acquisition advisor to the owners of Kress Restoration.
